We had a generally comfortable stay at Massara House Al Khobar 2 Aparthotel. Our studio was neat and orderly, with fresh and clean bed linens. The gym and health spa facilities were a great addition, providing a relaxing experience. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for its good value for money.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, being near the beach and close to the city center. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are spacious and come with basic amenities, including a kitchen and bathroom. The breakfast provided is delicious and a great start to the day.
One minor aspect that could be improved is the availability of towels in the bathrooms.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect and just a short walk from the beach and many restaurants in the city center. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the gym and health spa. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and the parking was convenient.
Not obvious to find.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and city center, with many good restaurants nearby. the rooms are spacious and clean, with complete amenities for cooking. the ventilation and air conditioning are good, providing a comfortable stay.
The hotel could improve on their staff's training, especially with regards to customer service. Some staff members have been reported as being rude or unprofessional, which can be discouraging.

The rooms come with basic amenities, such as a kitchenette and a bathroom, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The breakfast provided is satisfying, giving you a good start to your day.

Great location with many malls and attractions nearby. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious food that all the family enjoyed. We particularly appreciated the convenience of being close to all the major government buildings in the area, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.
Our room was not as clean as we would have expected, and the bathroom's sanitary facilities were in need of attention. We were disappointed that the hotel's breakfast was not free for everyone in our party, even though we had booked a room for seven people and had paid for it accordingly.

the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised when I received complimentary snacks and bottled water upon arrival. the location was superb. the hotel was situated right in the heart of the city, close to many malls, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Lastly, the hotel had excellent Wi-Fi connectivity, which was a major plus for me.
My experience at this hotel was marred by a few key issues. the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.
